These caps are used in place of the normal, pressurized radiator caps when a radiator overflow tank is installed in a truck. These will have light oxidation to the underside of the cap. In use, the pressurized cap is moved from the radiator to the overflow tank and the non-pressurized cap is placed on the radiator. YOU WILL RECEIVE ONE CAP.
