Listing is for a Parke Davis vintage Vets pill tool .Instructions are there, but in poor shape. Box is worn but still can be read. Tool appears to be in good condition and has --The Cutter Laboratory Berkley Cal U.S.A.--- imprinted on collar at trigger. Couldn't get camera  focused to show.  Great item for Vets office display, collector, themed bar or movie prop.
