    M1 Rifle Gas Lock,
    which is marked
    -M,
    on the side.  This is an NOS new USGI Lock, in un-used / new condition.  The Parkerized finish is a dark gray.  This is not a copy or a fake!  The condition is clear in the photographs; however, please keep in mind that you are viewing the part magnified several  times greater than normal size.  In nearly all cases, the part will look better than in the attached photographs.  In any event, what you see is what you get.
